Hopeful of de-escalation of tension in eastern Ladakh: Army chief MM Navarane

Exuding hopes for a positive outcome with the talks between Indian and Chinese militaries, Army chief general MM Naravane on Tuesday said both the nations will hopefully reach an agreement on disengagement and de-escalation of tension in eastern Ladakh. Senior military commanders of India and China are holding talks to iron out modalities for deescalation of tension in eastern Ladakh, the army chief said while addressing a seminar.
