Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on the first anniversary of his second term in office, has written an open letter to all countrymen. In his letter, PM Modi thanked the people of India for the faith they have shown in him, while also reiterating that had things been normal, he would have loved to celebrate this occasion with the people of the country.
